1. Purchase of Vouchers constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions, changes to which may be effected and published at any time.
2. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date issued. No negotiation to extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be entertained.
3. Voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only.
4. Vouchers are not valid during any sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.
5. Fusion Food Haus Management reserves the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way to be unacceptable or suspicious.
6. Fusion Food Haus does not accept any responsibility or liability for lost, damaged, stolen or any unauthorized use of these Vouchers.
7. Vouchers purchased Online should be redeemed online. To redeem in-store, visual proof of online voucher will be required.
