
Dehydrated Sliced Sand Ginger
Typically used in Asian cooking, this root adds an earthy taste to the gravy or soup it is infused with. It has a distinctive warm, peppery, slightly sweet flavor with hints of citrus and spice. Adds nutrition to chicken soups, peanut sauce, sambal, curries and works well in Western goulash. This herb is used much in Chinese dishes like soups, noodles & marinades particularly by the Cantonese.
